This Sunday morning we were again the usual running races again, but this I see the usual growing ...... lol .. I have to say and sometimes I hear a lot "kiko're all" ... but I see that what I say are in the same way ... for me I'm glad, I see no better way to train to be competing with all colleagues, friends and environment ..... some people run because they want to be more prepared and enjoy their triumphs over whether the training achieved with plans for that are and then go out to fight with their homework well made and so enjoy .... but there certainly are many who do what I go .... where they please, with family, friends, etc. .. .
