2011 Triathlon Season began on Saturday April 30, 2011 in El Prat de Llobregat in style with an unusual test in Catalonia (A Triathlon Team). The competition was to make 750mts of swimming, 20km cycling and 5km run, the individual triathlons difference was that the output is to each 1 minute and the team was the best time to win. The
men's teams were composed of 6 participants while the female for 5 people.
The Sitges Swimming Club had 3 boys teams and 1 Female among the 87 who participated.
girls team composed of Monica Ciscar, Mar Marzo, Nuri Lozada, Desiree Hernandez and Carmen Vidal finished in 8th position on a total of 17.
In the men there were 70 teams in total and "Sitges A" with: Alex Casablancas, Raul Roch, Juan Carlos Serrat, Nacho Garcia, Gomez and Jeremie Oliver Clement finished 8th, the "Sitges B" comprising: Jordi Riba, Alex Catala Ivan Capo, David Lopez, Albert Pernau and Nico Saenz managed to get in the post 24 and the "Sitges C" composed by Manu Aller, David Cubedo, David Atienza, Jose Cubedo, Victor Pacheco and Carlos Fernandez crossed the target at position 56.
